SGM Thomas K. Fowler joined The U.S. Army Strings in 1997. Originally from Los Angeles, California, he received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree from the University of Maryland. His teachers include John Clayton, Paul Ellison, and Curtis Burris of the National Symphony.
